Teoria
Come rispettare i limiti standard?
TheoryThe theory is connected to the following questions: what measures exactly the BDT? How respect the limits? How get it clear and flexible in harmony with the energetic EU targets?
The BDT measures the air infiltration from envelope building when is present a wind speed of 9 m/s, uniform to all facades of the building. The first step would be relate it to the real condition. From the meteorological station of Roncafort (Trento) is registered that the wind speed average (one of the most windy area) is 1.1 m/s for the winter time (the range which is analyzed in cold climate). It should be then considered if the building is located in an isolated place, if it is in urban area or sub-urban area and then, scale this data in function of the exposure of the building. So in function of the wind exposure. Once areas are been determined by wind speed, is possible to scale the n50 parameter and calculate the real condition of infiltration. The relation used is the same used for the air thickness test for windows. This one relates the pressure established and the air flow infiltrated. In other words, I measure the n50 parameter of my building, then I scale the result in function of the wind speed average of the specific area. In this case, I can value better which condition should be respected to meet the local requirements. |
